Implementation Guide
An AI recommendation tells you what should be improved — the Implementation Guide tells you how. For each recommendation, Alev-B generates a detailed implementation plan containing phases, responsibilities, concrete tools, and success metrics. This turns an abstract recommendation into a tangible project.

What the Implementation Guide Contains
Each generated guide is specific to the respective recommendation and contains the following sections:
- Phases — Structured implementation path in three levels: Quick Win (0–4 weeks), Foundation (1–3 months), Transformation (3–12 months)
- Roles & Responsibilities — Who in the organization should be responsible for which phase
- Tools & Resources — Concrete technologies, frameworks, or methods recommended for implementation
- Metrics & KPIs — How progress and success can be made measurable
- Risks & Dependencies — What could complicate implementation and which prerequisites need to be in place
Using the Implementation Guide
Generate AI recommendations
Make sure AI recommendations have already been generated for the assessment. If not: open the assessment in the workspace and click "AI Recommendations". Wait until the recommendations are fully loaded.
Click "Implementation Guide" on a recommendation
In the recommendations panel you see the "Implementation Guide" button (document icon) next to each recommendation. Click it. The AI now generates a detailed implementation plan — this typically takes 10–20 seconds.
Read, adapt, export
The Implementation Guide modal shows the complete plan. Read through the phases and check whether the suggested tools and roles fit your client's context. You can export the guide directly as a PDF — ideal for stakeholder presentations or as an appendix to the assessment report.
For an in-depth conversation about specific aspects of the plan: use the AI Chat, which knows the full context of the assessment and recommendations.
Common Issues
"Implementation Guide" button is not visible or locked
The Implementation Guide requires the Professional or Enterprise plan. Check your current plan under Account → Subscription. On the Starter or Free plan you see the locked icon with an upgrade prompt.
Guide seems generic and does not match the client
For a more specific guide, the AI needs more context. Add free-text answers to the assessment (especially in categories with low scores) and make sure the client profile includes industry and company size. Then regenerate AI recommendations — the Implementation Guide will be created based on the updated recommendations next time it is requested.
Next Steps
- AI Chat — delve deeper into implementation guide details and ask follow-up questions
- PDF Export — embed implementation guide as appendix in the report
