Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early start of service / expiry of the right of withdrawal

The platform provides a digital service or digital content available immediately after the contract is concluded. If you want immediate access, we obtain your express consent before the contract is concluded and have you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 356(4) German Civil Code for services, § 356(5) for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium).

Note on the trial: as the first 14 days are free, no charge arises for a withdrawal or cancellation within that period. Consent to the early start of service remains relevant for immediate access.
