What does the PDF report contain?

The PDF report includes: Executive summary, overall score, category scores with visualizations (radar chart, bar graphs), AI-generated recommendations, 90-day action plan and optional white-label branding with your logo. Reports can be exported as PDF, Excel or Word.

Yes, with the Enterprise plan you can invite team members, conduct assessments together and manage results centrally. Each team member gets their own access, and you can assign roles (Admin, Member). Invitations are sent via email with a dedicated invite link.

You can share results in several ways: As PDF/Excel/Word export via email, through a secure share link (with optional password protection), or as a team assessment within your organization. Shared links can be revoked at any time.

Yes, the Free plan is permanently free and includes 3 templates and 1 project. For more templates, AI recommendations and PDF export, we recommend the Starter (EUR 19/month) or Professional plan (EUR 49/month). Enterprise plans with team features from EUR 99/month.

How can I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Subscription and select your desired plan. Billing is handled via Stripe (credit card). When upgrading, the prorated amount is charged immediately. You can switch between plans at any time — downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime in the settings. After cancellation, you continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained for 30 days after expiry in case you change your mind.

Your data is stored on European servers (Germany) and protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We do not use US cloud services for data storage. All data processing is GDPR compliant. Regular backups additionally secure your data.
