Your data is protected at Alev-B. This page transparently explains which data is collected, who has access, and how long data is retained.
What Data Is Collected?
When participating in an assessment only your answers to the assessment questions are saved. No personal data such as name, email address, or location is collected — unless you voluntarily provide it in a free-text field.
- Answers to assessment questions (numeric scale 1–5)
- Optional free-text comments
- Timestamp of submission
- Technical metadata (browser type, for error logging)
Who Has Access to My Data?
Only the consultant who invited you and their team have access to your answers. Alev-B as the platform operator has technical access for support purposes but does not share your data with third parties.
- Inviting consultant + their team: full read access to your answers
- Alev-B platform: technical access for support purposes
- Other participants: no access to your individual answers
- Third parties / advertisers: no access, no sharing
How Long Is My Data Stored?
Your answers are stored as long as the associated project is active. When the consultant archives or deletes the project your answers are deleted or anonymized accordingly.
GDPR & Data Protection
Alev-B is GDPR-compliant. All data is processed and stored on European servers (Germany). No transfer to third countries takes place.
Anonymity in Multi-Stakeholder Assessments
In multi-stakeholder assessments all results are displayed in aggregated form. Your individual answers are not visible to other participants. Only the consultant sees which answers came from which participant — unless the assessment was configured to be fully anonymous.
