Join an Assessment
You have been invited by a consultant to participate in an IT assessment. Your input is an important part of the analysis — here is how participation works.
Step by Step
Open the invitation link
Click the link you received by email from the consultant. The link takes you directly to the assessment page — no login, no detours.
Read the brief introduction
On the assessment page you first find a brief introduction: what is being evaluated, what context the assessment has, and approximately how long participation will take. Read this information before you begin.
Answer the questions
The assessment consists of structured questions. Most questions are answered on a scale of 1 to 5 — from "does not apply" to "fully applies". Some questions have additional free-text fields where you can elaborate on your assessment.
Your answers are saved automatically — you can close the window and return later via the same link.
Submit the assessment
After answering all questions, click "Submit". You receive a confirmation that your answers have been saved. The consultant is notified automatically.
Common Issues
The link does not work or shows an error
Invitation links have a limited validity period. If the link has expired, contact the consultant who invited you — they can generate a new link. Also check whether you copied the link completely (some email clients truncate long URLs).
I do not understand a question
Some questions are targeted at IT technical terms. If a question is unclear you can set the scale to "1" (does not apply / unknown) and use the free-text field to explain your uncertainty or lack of knowledge. For fundamental ambiguities contact the inviting consultant directly.
My answers were not saved
The assessment saves automatically after each answer. If you find that answers are missing after restarting the browser, open the invitation link again — your previous answers should be restored. If not, contact the consultant.
