Contact Form

Registration / User Account

You can create a user account on our website. For this purpose, we collect: name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

4. Payment Processing

We use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) as payment service provider. When you purchase a paid subscription, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive complete credit card numbers. Stripe privacy policy:stripe.com/de/privacy

5. Email Delivery

We send transactional emails (registration confirmations, notifications, invoices) through a self-hosted Postal instance on our EU server. For delivery to recipients we use Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("AWS SES") as processor in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). Processing takes place exclusively within the EU. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. More information: aws.amazon.com/de/privacy

7. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers of Hostinger (UAB Hostinger, Lithuania/EU). For the database, we use a VPS server also at Hostinger. All data is processed within the EU.

8. SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.
