General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Alev-B · Inh. Ali Levin, Kemperplatz 1, 10785 Berlin (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") regarding the use of the services and templates provided on alev-b.com.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Service Description
(1) The provider makes professional IT delivery management templates and analysis tools available on its platform.
(2) The platform offers various subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with different feature sets.
(3) Additionally, the provider offers consulting services (Delivery Audit, Governance Design, Transformation, Enterprise), which are agreed upon separately.
§ 3 Contract Conclusion
(1) Registration on the platform constitutes an offer by the customer to conclude a usage contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration.
(2) For paid subscriptions, the contract is concluded upon successful payment processing via Stripe.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
(1) Current prices can be found in the pricing overview on the website. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
(2) Payment is made by credit card or SEPA direct debit through our payment service provider Stripe.
(3) Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the respective billing period unless they are cancelled.
§ 5 Termination
(1) Free accounts can be deleted at any time.
(2) Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period.
(3) The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
§ 6 Usage Rights
(1) The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the templates within the scope of their subscription.
(2) The analysis results and reports created may be used by the customer for their own business purposes.
(3) Distribution, reproduction, or publication of the templates themselves is not permitted.
§ 7 Liability
(1) The templates and analyses serve as professional tools. The provider is not liable for decisions made based on template results.
(2) The liability of the provider is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as legally permissible.

Professional plan, price & tax
With the “Professional” plan, Alev-B provides a software-based assessment and reporting platform (full 90-day implementation plan, AI benchmarks, white-label export, all assessment templates, unlimited projects).
The price is €29.00 per month (or the annual price shown at checkout). No value-added tax is charged in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmer). Billing is monthly in advance via our payment provider Stripe.
The subscription runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current billing period (Dashboard → Manage subscription). There is no minimum term.
Free trial (14 days)
- When booking “Professional” you add a valid payment method, which is required to start the trial.
- The first 14 days are free — no charge is made.
- If you cancel within 14 days, access ends at the end of the trial and no costs arise.
- If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts into a paid monthly subscription (€29.00/month); the first charge is on the day after the 14 days end.
- We remind you by email before the trial ends.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code) have a statutory right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form are available at Withdrawal policy. Businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code) have no statutory right of withdrawal. The German version of these terms is binding.
§ 9 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, insofar as the customer is a merchant.
(3) Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
